Rosseau Self Storage

Located just out side of the Village of Rosseau, Rosseau Storage offers convenient, secure self-storage for any items you want to store. Our facility is brand new, with our first two buildings built in 2021.

Sizes include 10×10, 10×15, and 10×20. 

We service the Muskoka and Parry Sound Area and are located conveniently in the middle of both Locations. Only a 10 minutes off Highway 400. 30-40 minutes from Parry Sound, Bracebridge, Port Carling, Huntsville, and Bala.

Facility can be accessed 24/7

The exact temperature varies across the units but our goal is to keep the buildings above freezing, on average they are heated to 10 degrees Celsius in the winter. There is no air-conditioning for the summer but the concrete slabs the storage units sit on combined with the insulation and metal exterior generally keep the storage units cooler than the exterior temperature. 

Once the contract is signed and the first payment is made, we will unlock the unit for you and you can move in.

Our preferred method of payment is credit card.

By default most units do not have any power outlets in them. For an additional charge we can have a power outlet run to your unit. This can be used to have a trickle charger on your vehicles battery when storing a vehicle for an extended period of time. Contact us for more information. 

Yes we do, we have MasterLock Disc Padlock.

We are accommodate any payment terms you prefer; payments can be done weekly to annually.

The property has a camera surveillance system which is backed up offsite.

– Once you find a desired size of unit; it is recommended you reserve the unit and someone will reach out to confirm your details and get you into a unit.
– If no units are available, you can sign up on the home page and we will keep you in our system and notify you when more units become available.

Additional Fees and Terms

Extra Fees

  • Any payment not made in full by the 5th day of the month will incur a $10.00 late fee and should be included in that payment or the next month’s payment.
  • A fee of $30.00 will be assessed on any returned checks.
  • A minimum fee of $40.00 will be assessed if rental unit is not returned in a good and clean condition, with additional fees for any required repairs, removal of items, or extensive cleaning.

Prohibited Substances

  • Unit shall not be used to store any hazardous, toxic, flammable, explosive or other material which can cause harm to the premises.
  • Unit shall not be used as living quarters, or to hold any live animals.

Space Size Approximate

  • Space sizes are approximate and for comparison purposes only. Spaces maybe larger or smaller than indicated in advertising or other size indicators.

Care of Premises

  • The clearing of snow from roadways and parking areas during the winter months. All snow clearing to be performed within 48 hours of a snowfall.
  • Premises surrounding the Storage Space, including the adjoining corridors and/or driveways clean and free from rubbish, dirt, and other debris at all times.
